Ongoing assistance to an industrial group specialized in the maintenance of gas and oil sites in connection with the acquisition of subsidiaries in France and abroad;
Assistance to the majority shareholders in the context of a capital transfer transaction of a leading French group of tour operators in Asia in the form of a LBO of the company’s management to a new entity financed by investors and banks;
Assistance to the shareholders and the management of a company specialized in supplying high-end equipment to physiotherapists in the context of a transaction that included:
- the merger with another group to complete the range of services and products,
- the formation of a new holding company integrating external financing from investors and a banking pool.
