Our team advises and represents clients before commercial, civil and criminal courts, as well as in relation to ADR (mediation - conciliation - arbitration - settlements).

Led by two partners whose combined experience in managing banking litigation spans more than twenty years, the team has the ability to advise and assist clients in granting loans, setting up guarantees and in debt recovery.
