Vladimir Magaud

Vladimir Magaud practices in the Corporate Law - Mergers & Acquisitions department and is mainly involved in mergers and acquisitions for French and international companies and private equity transactions.

He holds a master's in Business Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne.

Vladimir joined Alerion in 2023 and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2024.
