Vincent Poirier

Vincent Poirier is a partner in the Corporate Law practice and is active in private equity, capital markets and M&A.

His range of cross-disciplinary skills enables him to advise investors, issuers and founders throughout the structuring phases and their growth, including capital raising (venture capital/ private equity), public offerings (IPOs) and securities issuances, as well as external growth transactions and divestments (M&A and public offerings).

Vincent is particularly involved in matters related to new technology.

Graduated with a DESS in legal advising from the University of Paris V Descartes, Vincent is admitted to the Paris Bar since 2002. He became a partner at Alerion in 2012.
