Pierrick Bouchard

Pierrick Bouchard works within the tax department. He handles all areas of taxation including the taxation of groups, transactions and restructuring operations.

He helps companies and their directors with the daily management of their tax issues and with their restructuring or investment projects.

He also undertakes assistance missions during tax audits and disputes.

He holds a Master’s degree in tax law from the University Paris V Descartes and is admitted to Paris bar. Pierrick is admitted at the Paris Bar and joined Alerion in 2016.
