Pauline de Roquefeuil

Pauline de Roquefeuil is an associate in the Corporate law department. She advises companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

She was admitted to the Paris Bar and as Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2018.

Prior to joining Alerion in 2022, Pauline worked in London at a U.S. lawfirm and in Paris at Gide Loyrette Nouel in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group.

Pauline holds a Business law master’s degree from Paris II Pantheon-Assas University and an European Business law master’s degree from Paris Descartes University.
