Maëliss Bourbon

Maëliss Bourbon works in the Alerion's Corporate law - Mergers & Acquisitions team. Maëliss focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, private equity (venture capital, growth capital, LBO/MBO/MBI …), as well as in group reorganisation (domestic and cross-border transactions). She advises French and international clients on their transactions in France.

Maëliss began her career in French and international renowned law firms, before becoming a member of the Corporate team of Herbert Smith Freehills for five years. Maëliss has joined Alerion in 2021.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, Maëliss holds a Master’s degree in Business law from Paris V Descartes University and a Master’s degree in European law from Paris V Descartes University.

She works indifferently in French and English.
