Karine Khau-Castelle

Karine Khau-Castelle practices in all areas of corporate law within the Corporate Law - Mergers & Acquisitions department, with a particular focus on mergers & acquisitions, private equity (venture capital, expansion capital, LBO/MBO/MBI/OBO, etc.), group reorganisations and management packages.

She assists French and international clients, companies, start-ups and investment funds in all business sectors with their operations in France and abroad.

Karine holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Mergers & Acquisitions and Financing and a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Business Law and Taxation. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006 and joined Alerion in 2007.
