Julien Demeulenaère

Julien Demeulenaère is an associate in the Corporate law department. He advises companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions, securities law and private equity transactions.

Julien holds a business lawyer master’s degree from the University of Cergy-Pontoise (DJCE) and has a certificate in corporate law. He also holds a LL.M. Corporate Governance and Company Law degree from the University of Portsmouth (England).

He joined Alerion in 2019 and was admitted to the Paris bar in 2020.
