Friedrich Niggemann

Friedrich Niggemann is admitted to the Karlsruhe Bar. Until April 30, 2022, he was also admitted to the Paris Bar and is therefore no longer practicing as a French lawyer since May 1, 2022.

He has extensive experience in international arbitration, in particular in industrial disputes, both as an arbitrator and in defense of the parties to an arbitration. Throughout his career, he has assisted international investors, in particular German and Austrian investors, in their activities in France.

He is the author of approximately 100 legal articles in German, French and English.

Friedrich will continue to act as a co-author of publications and from his office in Germany on matters relevant to his field.
