Fahima Gasmi

Fahima Gasmi is a partner in Alerion’s real estate/construction, environment, industrial risks, insurance and public procurement departments. Her main areas of practice are the liability of builders and construction insurance, classified installations and industrial risks. She assists clients both in disputes and as an adviser.

Fahima has developed a particular proficiency in industrial environmental law to support economic operators in the sector during all stages of the operation of industrial sites, whether at the construction stage (urban planning permits, ICPE procedure, etc.), during the operation of the installation (changes in operating conditions, relations with the DREALs and various bodies concerned) or at the shutdown stage (procedures for cessation of activity and restoration of sites.

She also advises clients alongside the firm's corporate department during audits relating to the acquisition/sale of real estate on which industrial facilities are operated. 

Fahima also advises clients in mining law, both in disputes and as an advisor.

Fahima started working for Alerion in 2005 and was promoted as a partner in 2022.

A lawyer at the Paris Bar, she holds a DEA (Master of Advanced Study diploma) in environmental law from Paris I and II Universities and a DESS (French post-Master’s diploma) in property and construction from Paris II University.
