Esrae Oudda

Esrae Oudda is a Legal Counsel at the Corporate Law - Mergers & Acquisitions department. She assists companies in their current corporate management and is particularly involved in capital transactions and corporate reorganization for French and international groups.

She holds a Master's degree in Mergers & Acquisitions from the University Paris Saclay as well as a degree in Corporate Law from the University Lille II. She joined Alerion in 2021 after a first experience in a law firm.
