Daniel Mbouda

Daniel Mbouda works in the Insolvency and Structured Finance departments.


He assists companies with debt restructuring, management of collective proceedings, acquisitions of underperforming companies, sales plan, securities aspects or liability actions. He also advises banks, investment funds and companies on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of financing. The cases he deals with frequently have an international component.

Daniel joined Alerion in 2025 after working for various international law firms.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025, Daniel holds a double degree in Political Science and Law from the Catholic University of Central Africa, a Master 2 in Business Litigation from the University of Paris X Nanterre, and a Specialized Degree in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC BUSINESS SCHOOL.
