Céline Milenkovic

Céline Milenkovic works in the Corporate law - Mergers & Acquisitions team. Céline focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, as well as in group restructuring and equity capital operations (domestic and cross-border transactions). She advises French and international clients on their transactions in France. She holds a Master’s degree in corporate law (mergers, company acquisition and financing) from the University of Paris-Saclay and a Master’s degree in business, taxation, advisory and company management from INSEEC. She joined Alerion in 2010. Céline lectures corporate law for the Master II Mergers and Acquisitions at the University of Paris-Saclay since 2012.
