Biography

Benoît Deramoudt

Benoît works in the corporate law department and, more specifically, handles mergers and acquisitions and private equity for French and international companies.

Benoît holds a Master’s Degree in commercial law from the Paris Institute of Political Studies, a Master’s Degree in private law from the University Paris V Descartes and a Master’s Degree in corporate law from the University Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne.

He was admitted at the Paris bar in 2014 and joined Alerion in 2017.
