Ani Yavasheva

Ani Yavasheva is an attorney in Alerion’s Corporate – Mergers & Acquisitions department. Ani assists clients in all areas of corporate law and focuses on private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

A graduate of ESSEC Business School (Grande Ecole - Master in Management), Ani holds two Masters degrees in Law (Tax Law from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University and Business Law from Paris Descartes University).

Ani was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014 and began her career at Opleo Avocats. She practiced at Gowling WLG and then joined Alerion in 2021.
