Alerion promotes Fahima Gasmi as Partner

Fahima Gasmi, who joined the firm in 2005 as a young associate, has just been promoted as Partner. She will lead the Environmental law practice from now on while continuing her work in real estate, urban planning law, industrial risks and mining law.
Fahima’s practice focuses on construction liability/construction insurance, classified installations and industrial risks.
She has developed a particular proficiency in industrial environmental law in order to assist economic operators in the sector during all stages of the operation of industrial sites, whether at the construction stage (town planning authorizations, ICPE procedures, etc.), during the operation of the facility (changes in operating conditions, relations with the DREAL and various other relevant bodies) or at the decommissioning stage (procedures for the cessation of activity and site restoration).
Fahima also advises the firm’s Corporate department on audits relating to the acquisition/sale of real estate on which industrial facilities are operated.
She also has a practice in mining law, both as counsel and in litigation.Fahima’s partnership allows the firm to continue to develop its service offering while remaining in line with the firm’s integration model.
