Alerion Avocats is delighted to have been able to assist Eiffage Énergie Systèmes in its acquisition of the PROBENT group, a Normandy-based industrial group (200 employees) specialising in engineering, manufacturing, assembly and site maintenance, including scaffolding assembly.
