Garance SAINT-POL

Garance Saint-Pol works in the Alerion's Corporate law - Mergers & Acquisitions team. She advises French and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate reorganization projects.

As part of the double degree program  « Business Law & Management », Garance graduated from the Université Catholique de Lille with the Master « Business Law Practice » and from EDHEC Business School with the LL.M. « Law & Tax Management ». She has been admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025.
