Sadri Desenne

Financing lawyer, with a particular focus on acquisition, corporate and real estate financing. He also has strong expertise in all debt restructuring transactions. His skills complement the team's offering in Private Equity/M&A, Restructuring and Real Estate, with the aim of providing the best possible support to Alerion's French and international clients. Sadri Desenne began his career with the law firm Ashurst, before joining CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats (2015 - 2021).

Prior to joining Alerion, Sadri practiced at Bird & Bird. Sadri is graduated with an ESSEC Business School MBA and holds a Master 2 in Banking and Finance Law and a Magistère in Business Law from the University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne. Sadri is a member of the Paris Bar since 2013.
