Alerion is pleased to announce the promotion of Caroline Meunier as Counsel in the Litigation, arbitration and white-collar crime and Banking departments.
Caroline Meunier intervenes in all pre-conflict and conflictual situations in the life of companies, their managers and partners. She assists clients in the management and resolution of civil and commercial crisis situations, and intervenes in judicial and arbitration proceedings as well as in mediation and conciliation.
Caroline Meunier has developed extensive expertise in complex litigation, particularly in banking law, corporate law, liability law, commercial law and enforcement proceedings.
Caroline Meunier joined Alerion in 2010. Caroline is a member of the Paris Bar and holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economic Law from the University of Paris 1.
She also teaches banking law at the University of Paris V.
With this new promotion, Alerion now has 8 Counsels.
